Love my Multi-Task Dansk Braiser
Love my Dansk Kobenstyle 5. 5 qt braiser in the Arugula color! I enjoy using it for chicken n dumplings as it provides more surface space. I also find that food does not stick to the bottom if heated gently before I start the saute process.
I use this lovely braiser for anything requiring larger surface space - stews, roasts, sauces, potatoes, arroz con pollo, etc. I appreciate that this multi-task pan can go from stove to oven. Yesterday I used it to make my marinara sauce for spaghetti n meatballs. I find a wide variety of uses for this braiser; it’s a perfect size. Now I need one in yellow, when it becomes available.
Go ahead and take the plunge; purchase one for yourself, you won’t regret it. It’s definitely worth the price. As a matter of fact I LOVE all of my Dansk pots & pans; I know you will too.
