Does the job!
Excellent cream canister! Easy to use and produces three styles of piped cream. I used this to make a basic Chantilly cream and a stabilized version using mascarpone. It worked perfectly for each (whisk the mascarpone into the cream before placing in the cannister). Each charge lasts through a single use even when stored in the fridge. Worth having!
