My New Favorite Pan
This is an extraordinary pan - Great for pan-searing salmon and frying eggs. My other cookware: 30 year-old All-Clad (no non-stick) and Staub. I find myself reaching for this pan instead of those other well-loved and oft-used pans.

Wonderful Skillet
So far, this has been a dream skillet. I know it's non-stick, but I still use a small bit of avocado oil to brown whatever I'm wanting to brown. I've made curry a few times. No staining or sticking, and we all know how turmeric stains. That brush that comes with it is supreme at cleaning the thing. I'm loving it. For me thus far, excellent purchase.

I'm Impressed!
I've used my new Titanium skillet with lid several times. Nothing has stuck in the bottom of the pan so far. The cleaning brush that came with it is great. It really helps to get down to the crispy parts. I recommend this frying pan. It's a little bigger than I need but I didn't find one smaller with a lit.

Beautiful and worthy pan in any kitchen!
Have cooked lots of veggies and eggs with this, and salmon once. Cooks evenly, releases food easily. Love the depth of the pan. So far has been very easy to clean, as well as maintain the shiny exterior.

A great pan for many purposes
We are more and more getting into using this pan. Just got an induction stove and it works great on it as well. I love the way it cooks, with nice browning all while nothing sticks. It doesn’t repel the water the way a smooth stainless steel would because of the tiny divits in it but that is fine as the nonstick effect is the best!

Great pan
Terrific pan, cooks great and very solid build. Excellent non stick, easy to clean and beautiful to look at. Its on the heavy side which i personally count as a plus, same for tall sides. I think tjos will be the rare nonstick that lasts for a ling time. Highly recommended.
