Danish sculptor Jens Quistgaard designed this clever bar board back in the 1960s—it was one of many iconic Dansk pieces that made him famous. Bar Board or Cheese Board? Love it either way.
Had to have it the moment I saw it. I love it but it is labeled as a cheese board and I realize now the knife isn’t great for slicing lemons and lime. Although it is surprisingly sharp. So we are going with it as a bar board.
