Beautiful, But Not Practical
It is beautiful but not practical. The cookbook must be the perfect size to fit. Any cookbook too small will sit crooked, while any cookbook too large will topple over since the stand is not weighted down. Any single page leaflet (e. g. HelloFresh recipe) or printout will slide down and out the side. It may serve a decorative purpose but not a functional one.

Beautiful piece, usefulness questionable.
This is a beautiful, albeit pricey, piece. Because it is a ceramic material, I am a bit worried about its fragility, so we’ll have to see if it lasts. Just know it will not hold a larger-sized or thick book. It takes a concerted effort to get even medium sized books positioned to stay open. Great concept, but execution a bit challenging. HOWEVER…it is lovely and is even beautiful sitting on it’s on.
