So pretty! And functional too.
We're falling in love with enameled cast iron. Nice to have the heft of cast iron without worrying about seasoning. Honestly still learning how to use it, but it makes us feel like fancy cooks who know more than we really do . . . And we really like the color.

A smart purchase
I own several pieces of the Staub cast iron cookware, including the 10” skillet, so I wasn’t sure it made sense to buy the 11” as well. But the higher sides and that extra inch really make this pan suitable to use in ways I can’t use the other, like making a vegetable curry for 4.
