Mocha Power Smoothie

Blending Planet Oat Extra Creamy Oatmilk with cold brew, cocoa powder, frozen bananas, slightly sweet dates, and chia seeds (for the perfect smoothie texture, and health benefits to boot) make this smoothie the perfect get-up-and-go beverage. I've also added the tiniest pinch of salt to amplify all of these powerhouse flavors.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cold brew (or ½ tablespoons espresso powder + ¼ cup hot water)
- 2 bananas
- 2 dates, pits removed
- 1/2 cup Planet Oat Extra Creamy Oatmilk
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder (optional)

Directions
- Step 1
If using espresso powder, combine the espresso and hot water in a small bowl or mug and stir until dissolved. Let it cool.
- Step 2
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mocha smoothie into two cups and serve.
