Basque Nachos

These Basque-inspired nachos are layered with crispy kettle chips, Iberico ham, grilled olives, pepperoncini, and manchego cheese. An easy, elevated twist on party snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 bag kettle cooked chips (I prefer Cape Cod)
- Pitted olives (I love pre-grilled olives)
- Iberico ham
- Pepperoncinis (can also use piparra peppers)
- Freshly grated manchego cheese
- Anchovies (optional)
Directions
- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F & set the oven rack in the middle
- Step 2
Add entire bag of kettle chips to a baking sheet & lightly toss in oil
- Step 3
Re-bake the chips for about 5-6 minutes (this makes them extra crispy for layering)
- Step 4
In your bowl or plate of choice, layer the bottom with chips, & a little bit of all toppings.
- Step 5
Repeat this process of layering until all the chips are used
- Step 6
Finish with grated cheese and enjoy!!
