You’ve had miso ramen, you’ve had Alfredo—but have you ever had them together? Leave it to Chrissy Teigen to come up with a hybrid that’s as bold and comforting as it sounds. This spicy miso chicken ramen leans on her Cravings Spicy Miso Alfredo sauce for a shortcut that’s creamy, a little fiery, and packed with umami. All you need is a few pantry staples, a cooked chicken breast, and one soft-boiled egg to pull it all together. Consider dinner handled.
Ingredients
- 1/2 jar Cravings Spicy Miso Alfredo
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
- 2 tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 4 sheets seasoned seaweed
- 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1 (7-minute) egg
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 packets ramen noodles (discard spice packets)
Directions
- Step 1
Add sauce and chicken stock to a pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

Add spinach to the broth and cook until wilted. Turn off heat.

Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Step 4
Add noodles to a bowl and pour the hot broth over.

Top with chicken, egg, green onions, and seaweed.

Finish with a drizzle of chili crisp and sprinkle of sesame seeds.
