Ingredients

For the Martini

  • 3 dashes of Saline
  • 0.5 oz pickle brine
  • 0.25 oz dry Vermouth
  • 2.25 oz Buttermilk Ranch Gin
  • Paprika salt
  • Fried Pickle

For the Buttermilk Ranch Gin

  • 1000 ml Neversink Gin
  • 5 oz buttermilk ranch

Directions

  • Step 1

    For the buttermilk gin: Combine and freeze overnight. Strain through a coffee filter.

  • Step 2

    For the martini: Put all the components in a shaker and shake with KD (Kold Draft) Ice, then strain into a Nic and Nora Glass with a Paprika Salt Rim and a Fried Pickle Side Car.
