Sliding Sheet Pan Nachos

Ingredients
- 2 jars white queso
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded gouda cheese
- 1 tin spam, cubed & cooked (in saute pan for 5-10 minutes)
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
- 2 stalks green onion, sliced
Directions
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Step 2
In a jelly roll pan, evenly spread the queso, followed by the shredded cheese & half of the kimchi.
- Step 3
Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Step 4
While that’s baking, pour the tortilla chips into another jelly roll pan of the same size.
- Step 5
Carefully slide the melted cheese onto the chips until they’re all covered.
- Step 6
Add remaining ingredients. Enjoy!!
