Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Elemental Mezcal
  • 2 ounces Tropical Citrus Syrup
  • .05 ounce Beet Juice
  • Black Salt Rim

Directions

  • Step 1

    Shake mezcal, tropical citrus syrup, and beet juice with ice, then strain over fresh ice in a black-salt–rimmed glass.
